The pruned brain
The pruned brain has clarity on three things:
It's important to understand what your goal is. Then consider how you feel about that goal. What is your emotional connection or motivation connected to this goal. This is especially important because many studies have now concluded that over 90% of decision-making is emotional. Once you identify and articulate the goal, connect with the soul, only then does it make sense to articulate for yourself, and potentially others, what is your role? What action needs to take place or function do you need to serve in order to assist in goal attainment?
Consider how this applies to either your entire life or an area of your life that you are focused on pruning?
How would you articulate your goal, soul, and role?
